I am deep into wedding planning, and those final details are now ALL I can think of! The color of linens, and napkins, and silverware, and center pieces, flowers and ribbons… Wedding planning, and deciding on all those wedding details are far from easy! And I haven’t even started on things like seating charts (Lord help me!).

I was chatting with one of my brides, and she gave me the best advice EVER! She said she talked to her fiance and they both came up with their top 2 things for the wedding. The 2 items that are the most important to them. By having the top 2 figured out, you can hopefully focus on what’s really important to you, and relax a little more about the rest.

My top 2? The photographer, and the sweets! So we hired the very best photographer EVER, and are flying him here from California, and I couldn’t be happier about the investment! Mike Colon is spectacular, and I can’t wait to see the magic he’ll make!

And for the sweets, we hired the BEST, and most amazing baker and friend, Amy, from Amy’s Cupcake Shoppe! Stay tuned as I’ll do a full blog post on how my tasting went, and what I chose for our wedding!
